FUNdraiser Coordinator Role & Responsibilities
As your team’s FUNdraising coordinator there are only 3 things you need to do to be successful:
- Get your team involved.
- Follow the All Star Coffee Fundraising process.
- Distribute the "Team-Ship" coffee orders.
Get your team involvedYour FUNdraising team is the group of people who help raise money for your cause by selling coffee. All Star Coffee will provide you with all the communications you need to easily recruit a FUNdraising Team and to get them involved!
Follow the All Star Coffee FUNdraising process for guaranteed resultsEveryone who joins your FUNdraising team will receive a daily email for the 2-weeks of the FUNdraising campaign. Each email will have a “Call-to-Action” to drive traffic to your online store that will take only seconds to complete. We provide team-branded content promoting your fundraiser which can be easily emailed, posted, and shared to reach as many coffee-loving supporters as possible.
Distribute the “Team-Ship” coffee orders“Team-Ship” is a perfect option for everyone closely connected to the team, like family, friends, neighbours, and co-workers. Teams that promote “Team-Ship” raise 5x more funds! At the end of your campaign, we will roast all your “Team Ship” orders and ship them to you, the FUNdraising Coordinator for local distribution at your next practice, game or gathering. Your “Team Ship” coffee orders will arrive clearly labelled and will include instructions for easy distribution.

Team-Ship Distribution Agreement
As FUNdraising Team Coordinator, you agree to accept the “Team-Ship” shipment of coffee orders and further agree to distribute the coffee orders in a timely manner to your supporters.
